Announcements
Get their attention. Introduce new benefit plans or concepts, and present the calendar for the “roll-out” of information. Content is brief. Popular design formats include postcards, payroll stuffers, self-mailers or announcement bulletins.

Newsletters
Describe plan information, changes, and enrollment requirements in a reader-friendly, overview format. Also may be used as an educational tool to align managers with human resources goals.

Newsletters are an effective way to introduce organizational change along with the rationale behind the change, and how they affect employees. By carefully shaping the tone of “change communications,” you can enhance your employees’ perception of the organization even when the news is not so good.

Enrollment Guides
More detailed than newsletters, guides make it easy for employees to understand their options by featuring summaries, comparison charts, and “real life” examples. Guides come in many shapes and sizes. Formats (stepped brochure, tabloid, etc.) are typically determined by the amount of detail to be included.

Posters
Make a splash. Get their attention, and give your employees the information they need: What’s going on? When? Where? What needs to be done?

Employee Handbooks
What they look like is as important as what they say. We make them inviting to read and easy to use. We can also convert your handbook to a PDF format and add navigation tools. Why not post your handbook on your web site for easy employee reference?

Summary Plan Descriptions
SPDs are a legal requirement, but they don’t have to look like your tax forms. We’ll give them a special “look” and translate the legal jargon into easy-to-understand terms that your employees will appreciate. We can produce separate plan booklets, or combine all plans into one booklet. SPDs can also be converted to a PDF format with navigation tools for posting on your web site.

Benefit Statements
Show each employee in dollars and cents the value of their benefits program. These statements help employees understand that benefits are a significant – and valuable – portion of the total compensation package.

Enrollment Forms
